The Official Transfer Request form is provided for member/unit convenience to request a DAV Auxiliary membership transfer.

Annual, life, and junior members of one Auxiliary unit may secure a transfer of membership to another unit provided that their dues are paid for the current membership year. The receiving must vote on member acceptance and submit the properly completed and signed transfer form to National Headquarters. All rights of membership shall become effective when the approved transfer form is received by National Headquarters.

A member wishing to transfer his/her national at-large membership to a chartered unit only requires the signature of the member requesting transfer and does not require unit approval.
